We have been having so much fun with our family here. Nana made matching outfits for all the girls that they are showing off in some of these pictures. Swimming took place on the 27th and Kayleigh just loved it! She splashed and kicked with her legs and played so good. It's times like these it's rewarding to be a mom. Also, today (well technically last night since I am writing this so late) Kayleigh rolled over all on her own! It was from her belly to her back. She can't quite figure out the back to belly, her arms get in the way. It will come though, I'm not worried. She is growing up so fast. Today she started her first fruits in the way of baby food. She had pears and her first bite was like any other baby food she's had, it didn't even phase her. She is the best eater, I swear. We hung out at Nana's again today. One of our activities consisted of going outside to enjoy popsicles. Kayleigh really wanted one and so she tried a strawberry fruit one and she LOVED it! She almost ate the whole thing, I couldn't believe it. I know it's not healthy for her, but you've got to have some fun in life. Tomorrow our fun continues with the family as we'll go and see "Ratatouille". I'm not sure how Kayleigh will do, it will be her first movie in a theater. There's got to be a first for everything though, yahoo.

Our 1st Post

Welcome to our family's blog. It's 11:30 at night and we should be in bed, yet here we are messing around on the Internet. Tonight we were invited to have dinner with some of our new neighbors, the Hawks and Fergusons, it was fun! Our dinner consisted of ham, potatoes, salad, jello, and rolls. We didn't start till around 7:30 so there wasn't much time after dinner to do much except some small talk. Hopefully we can get together again and shoot for an earlier time.

Katerina and Anna (sister-in-law and niece) are in town this week. It's so fun to spend time with them. Kayleigh, Grace and Anna are having soooo much fun together as cousins. We think Nana and Grandpa are loving every minute of it too. Tomorrow we'll hopefully go swimming with all the girls in Nana's pool-we'll tell you about it soon.
